Live operators: We will provide a toll free number answered 8-5 M-F central time by one of our friendly, American, customer service reps, with up-selling as our goal.

Internet order capture: We can perform secure downloads from your website on a daily basis.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all processed through REKO’s merchant services.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Same day shipping: We have daily pickups for all major carriers. From Media Mail to Next Day Air to Expedited International, we will ship by your carrier of choice, or let usrecommend what makes most sense for your shipping needs.

Packaging: Our quote to you will include the packing materials and container, whether a box, bubble pack mailer, carton, or customized container.

Shipments: Although we specialize in single order shipments we also handle bulk shipments at a reduced rate for wholesale orders to your distributors.

Foreign Shipments: We have the latest Customs software for all major international carriers and handle all customs & broker paperwork for your foreign shipments.

Samples: We will gladly ship product samples and review copies along with your promotional material.

Autoship: You provide us your file for customers who receive products on a recurring basis, and leave the rest to us. We will process and ship on your trigger date.

Inserts: No extra charge for inserts shipped out with your orders
